USRA Rewards Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions
1. USRA Rewards (“the Programme”) is operated by Liwa Stores with registered office at Liwa Trading Enterprises, Liwa Tower, 7th Floor, Abu Dhabi (“USRA Rewards”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Registration and use of your USRA Rewards membership card, whether via membership card, App ("the App") or the website, constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate within the Programme.The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with our privacy policy available at https://www.liwastores.com/privacy-policy/ set out the terms of the agreement between you and us and will govern member participation in the Programme.
4. A "visit" for purposes of the Programme means each time that you use your USRA Rewards membership card or barcode, when paying for a transaction at a Participating Store.
Joining the Programme
5. You can register with the Programme at any participating Store or by downloading the App (App coming soon) and to apply for membership.
6. Upon registration to the Programme you accept these Terms.
7. Membership is by individual persons and multiple Members cannot be registered to a single Membership account.
8. Membership accounts and Points cannot be merged, transferred or gifted.
9. You are required to be over 18 years to register as a member of USRA Rewards. If your parent or legal guardian has registered you with the Programme, then your parent or legal guardian would be responsible for you and your actions when utilizing the Programme.
Participating Stores
10. For a list of the brands and participating Stores participating in the Programme ("Participating Stores"), please refer to the website (www.liwastores.com).
11. Participating stores may change or vary, without notice, and at the discretion of Liwa Stores.
Points and Rewards
12. Members of the Programme will earn 1 USRA Diamond Point ("Points") for each 1 AED spent at Participating Stores within participating stores across the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar & Oman.
13. Upon registration to the Programme, Points will be allocated on total transaction value, excluding any discounts applied and the Programme Registration fee (as detailed in-store).
14. Points can be earned at Participating Stores on full price purchases, and, at the store's discretion, promotional and markdown items.
15. Points accumulated under the Programme have no cash value.
16. Points would expire automatically due to 365 days of inactivity.
17. You must have a minimum of 400 Points to be able to redeem them against purchases.
18. Points cannot be redeemed until credited to your account. We take no responsibility for a failure, delay or error in Points being credited to your account.
19. Once a member accumulates a minimum of 400 Points, members can redeem Points in exchange for various discounts ("Rewards") on purchases, promotional offers or selected products, at Participating Stores.
20. Rewards and discounts may vary by brand and/or Store, so please contact Store for further details.
21. Points can redeemed at participating stores, excluding Marwa concession stores.
22. Rewards can be redeemed at Participating Stores on full price purchases, and, at the store's discretion, promotional and markdown items.
23. When Points are redeemed, your Points balance shall be deducted accordingly.
24. Standard Brand / Store Refund policies apply on purchases and add Points will not be refunded to account, if goods/services are returned or exchanged.
25. Programme registration fee will not be refunded if membership transaction is voided, exchanged or refunded.
Benefits and Offers
26. Members of the Programme may also receive select member benefits, discounts and special offers from Participating Stores (“Offers”).
27. Special Member Offers may be communicated to members in-store, via SMS or via Brand or Programme email communications.
28. All Offers are subject to availability. Offer will be subject to offer specific terms and conditions, which will be confirmed at the time of purchase or online at www.liwastores.com.
29. To redeem a Reward or Offer, you would be required to present membership ID.
30. Only one Offer or Reward can be used per transaction, unless stated.
31. If multiple Offers/Rewards are available at the time of purchase, Member has the option to choose prefered Offer/Reward, to avail at point of sale.
32. Points must be redeemed in-store at the time of purchase and points cannot be redeemed for gift vouchers or store credit.
33. Any deviation to this policy will be at the discretion of Participating Store.
